Stanley "Stan" Leland Loffer passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 in Nowata, Oklahoma.
Stan was born on September 11, 1947 in Independence, Kansas to Leo and Violet (Stephens) Loffer. He was raised in Coffeyville, Kansas. He graduated from Altamont High School and completed one year at Coffeyville Community College. Stan married Marcia Murphy in Miami, Oklahoma and later divorced.
Stan was preceded in death by his father, Leo Loffer; sister, Sharon; brothers, Rick and Stephen.
He is survived by his sons, Shanley Loffer of Goddard, Kansas, Marty Ross of Dearing, Kansas; mother, Violet Loffer; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Stan is a beloved son and uncle. He is gone, but not forgotten.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Veterans Patio at Fairview Cemetery in Coffeyville, Kansas. Pastor Rhebeeda Thornton of Living Faith Tabernacle will officiate.
