Karen Renee Greenlee age 51 of Coffeyville passed away on July 19, 2022 at her home. Karen was born on May 29, 1971 in Great Bend, KS to Lester and Sherry Cell. She was raised in the Dewey and Coffeyville area where she attended and graduated from high school. Karen loved animals, cats, dogs, cows, well really just any animal. Karen worked at the VFW for many years making friends with everyone that came in and most recently she was working for SBM where she worked at Cessna. Karen was united in marriage to Rick Greenlee on November 2, 2012. The couple loved traveling the country together, fishing, camping, keeping count of the hawks they passed on their drives, and of course OU football. Karen was a warm soul that never met a stranger. She will be missed most by her husband Rick Greenlee, her father and stepmother; Lester and Gayle Cell, her children; Shelby Cell, Corey Cell, and Triston Lotz, and step-son Lucas Greenlee and his wife Kayli her brother Eric Cell, and grandchildren; Deyton Jones, Kaysen Cell, Tynlee, Traxcyn, and Tucker. She was preceded in death by her mother Sherry. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 26, 2022 at 9:00 am at Grace Fellowship Church with services following at 10:00 am. The family suggests memorials be made payable to Coffeyville Friends of Animals and they may be left with or sent in care of David W. Barnes Funeral Home 306 N Cline Rd Coffeyville, KS 67337.
