Lizzie Lumley, 80, of Peru, passed away Friday night July 22, 2011 at her home.
She was born on November 13, 1930 at Mason, Tennessee to Vina Hubbard. Lizzie grew up in Tennessee and Texas.
In 1946 she married Joe Willits, he preceded her in death in 1954. She married Larry T. Smith in 1957, they were later divorced. On October 16, 1963 she married Leslie Lumley at Miami, OK, he preceded her in death on October 3, 1974.
For many years Lizzie was employed at Emerson Electric. In her spare time she enjoyed spending time with her family and fishing.
Survivors include three sons, Tommy Joe Willits of Arkansas City, Timothy Willits of Edna, and Trenton Smith of Peru; eight grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 9:00 a.m. Monday, July 25, 2011 at the Peru Cemetery with Pastor Steve Bliss of Calvary Chapel in Elk Falls, KS officiating.
