Coffeyville - Phillip Lester Bruce, 61, of Coffeyville, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2011, at his home. He was born December 26, 1949, at Coffeyville to John Robert and Mary (Yeubanks) Bruce. Phillip grew up and attended school in Coffeyville. On July 6, 1968, he married Sue Ann Hodges, the later divorced. On August 31, 1981 he married Linda Olds, they were separated. Phillip was a self employed carpenter. He was a member of the American Legion, and Eagles. He enjoyed music, playing in several bands and with his family. Phillip loved spending time with his family, especially cookouts at his home, and fishing. Survivors include his wife, Linda of Coffeyville; his daughters, Lisa Campa and Tammy Silen both of Big Spring, TX, Tina Stevens of Cherryvale, and Ginger Morgan of Chanute; his sons, Michael Hansen, Jr., and Rick Stevens both of Coffeyville; one brother, Dennis Bruce of Independence; sixteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 7, 2011 at Grace Fellowship in Coffeyville with Rev. Lex Fox officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville. Tagged as: Fairview Cemetery
