Bryan J. Amos, 54, of Coffeyville, passed away Friday, December 27, 2013 at his home.
He was born September 3, 1959, at Okmulgee, OK to Ronald McCurley and Linda (Sawyer) McCurley. He grew up and attended school in the Okmulgee area.
Bryan was employed in the oil fields in Oklahoma for many years.
On April 30, 1988 he married Rhonda Hall in Stringtown, OK. Following their marriage they made their home in Oklahoma moving to Coffeyville in 2008.
Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Amos of the home; one daughter, Jamie Amos of Portland, OR; two step-daughters, Sandra Crawford and Tina Sanders both of Bartlesville, OK; one step-son, Larry Smith of Coffeyville; two brothers, Keith McCurley of Pauls Valley, OK, and Ray Amos of Farmington, NM; and five grandchildren.
A Memorial Service celebrating Bryan's life will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2013 at the Church of Christ, 1005 Siggins St. in Coffeyville. Following Bryan's wishes cremation has taken place.
