Obituary of Michael Ray Thomas II

Coffeyville - Michael Ray Thomas II, 26, of Coffeyville formerly of Milwaukee, WI, died Sunday, November 23, 2008 at Tulsa, OK. He was born December 9, 1981 at Wichita, KS to Michael Ray and Donetta (Chambers) Thomas. In 1988 he moved with his family to Milwaukee where he grew up and attended school, graduating from John Marshall High School. He made his home in Milwaukee until moving to Coffeyville earlier this year, where he was employed at Tavern on the Plaza. Survivors include two sons, Brandon Thomas and Machi Thomas both of Chicago, IL; his girlfriend, Bridget Hall of Chicago, IL; his parents, Michael and Donetta Thomas of Milwaukee; two sisters, Aletha Thomas and Ebony Thomas both of Milwaukee; his uncle William Lovelace who he lived with while in Coffeyville; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Services will be at 1:00 p.m. in the Twelfth Street Baptist Church in Coffeyville with Reverend Gary Stephens officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Coffeyville. Friends may call on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville.
