David Arthur Westendorff, age 39, of Sedan was found on Monday, November 10, 2008 at his home in Sedan, Kansas.
He was born September 1, 1969 in Phoenix, Arizona to Frederick "Doc" and Janice Irene (Smartt) Westendorff. He grew up and attended school in Yuma, Arizona and lived in Arizona until moving to Sedan in 2008.
He worked odd jobs, like handyman and plumbing in Sedan.
He enjoyed fishing and flying kites with his kids.
He is survived by two children; Kiley and Heaven Leigh Westendorff of Sedan, Kansas; his father and stepmother, Frederick "Doc" and Chris Westendorff of Sedan, Kansas; his mother Janice Irene Rau of Phoenix, Arizona; one sister Sandy Johnson of Phoenix, Arizona; Uncle and Aunt Sequoyah and Deanna Reese of Sedan, Kansas.
Cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled at this time.
