Coffeyville - Stacy Lee Shook, 41, of Iola, formerly of Coffeyville, passed away Wednesday morning, November 5, 2008 at the Iola Nursing Center. He was born April 28, 1967 at Albuquerque, N.M. to Roger and Judy (Oja) Shook. He grew up and attended school in Coffeyville. In 1986 he married Ann Lewis, they where later divorced. Stacy was self employed and made his home in Coffeyville until moving to Iola in 1995. Survivors include two daughters, Nicole Shook of Coffeyville, and Heather Shook of Tulsa, OK; his mother, Judy Taylor of Iola; four brothers, Tom Strickland of Iola, Michael Shook and his wife Dalena of Coffeyville, Mark Weeks and his wife Kristen of Humboldt, and David Weeks of Iola; one granddaughter, Adrianna Shook; two nieces and two nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Roger Shook. Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 10, 2008 at the Westside Christian Church with Matt Bycroft of Iola officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park in Coffeyville. Friends may call on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville. The family suggests memorials to the Allen County Hospice; contributions may be left with the funeral home or mailed c/o David W. Barnes Funeral Home, 306 North Cline Road., Coffeyville, KS 67337
