Judith Diane "Judi" Stevens; loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and child of God, went to be with her Lord Saturday evening.
Judi was born on September 15, 1946 in Coffeyville to Orlo and Mary (McClure) Cessna. She lived in the Coffeyville area all of her life and attended school at South Coffeyville.
On April 3, 1962, she married Gary Stevens at Miami, Oklahoma. Together they raised two children. Judi was a member of Amazing Grace Chapel, Shepherd's Feast, and Aglow International.
Judi is survived by her husband, Pastor Gary Stevens of the home; one son, Gary Stevens, Jr. and his wife Margaret of South Coffeyville; one daughter, Kimberly Nash and her husband David of South Coffeyville; her step-mother, Mamie Cessna of Lenapah, Oklahoma; one sister, Janice Clark of South Coffeyville; twelve grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Services are scheduled for Wednesday, July 30 at 10:00am at Amazing Grace Chapel. Burial will immediately follow at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Judi's family suggests that donations be made to Amazing Grace Chapel in her memory. Contributions can be left with the funeral directors or mailed c/o David W. Barnes Funeral Home, 306 N. Cline Rd, Coffeyville, KS, 67337.
