Obituary of Aileen M. Caldwell

Aileen Marie Caldwell, 94, of Coffeyville passed away Sunday, May 24, 2015 at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center.
She was born on June 30, 1920, in Quapaw, OK to William W. and Delpha (Coyan) Meech. When she was young her family moved to the Mapleton, KS where she grew up she attended school in Fulton.
In September 1937, he married Lawrence Caldwell. Following their marriage they made their home in several different towns before moving to Liberty, KS where they lived until moving to Coffeyville in 1953. Her husband preceded her in death in July 1987.
Mrs. Caldwell attended the First Assembly of God in Coffeyville. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, attending craft shows, and rummage sales, but most of all loved spending time with her family.
Survivors include two daughters, Anna Good and husband Paul of Liberty, KS, and Jan Weathers of Tulsa, OK; one son, Mike Caldwell of Coffeyville; eleven grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, and eleven great-great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and one son, Larry Caldwell.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 28, 2015, at the Liberty Cemetery in Liberty, KS with Pastor Randy DePriest of the First Assembly of God officiating.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville.
