Obituary of Judy VanTeighen

Coffeyville - Judy Diane VanTeighen, 55, of Coffeyville, passed away Thursday (September 6, 2007) at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center. She was born August 19, 1952, at Independence, to Darreld E. and Laura M. (Andres) VanTeighen. She grew up in Coffeyville where she attended Holy Name School and Field Kindley High School. Judy was previously employed as a nurse's aide at Windsor Place and had worked at various fast food restaurants. She attended Holy Name Catholic Church; Judy enjoyed games and TV, she was a loving mother and daughter. Survivors include one daughter, Laurie (Don) Holler of Coffeyville; her mother, Laura VanTeighen; her father Darreld E. VanTeighen of Coffeyville; one brother, Darreld D. VanTeighen of Coffeyville; two sisters Marcia (Randy) Scott of Coffeyville, and Pam (Ronnie) Soles of Liberty; three grandchildren; several nephews, one niece and several great nieces and great nephews. A Rosary Vigil Service will be at 7:00 p.m. Sunday (September 9, 2007) at Holy Name Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday (September 10, 2007) at Holy Name Catholic Church with Father Jerome Spexarth officiating. Inurnment will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Coffeyville. Friends may sign the register book on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville. The family suggests memorials to the American Diabetes Association, and Holy Name Catholic Church; contributions may be left with the funeral home or mailed c/o David W.
