Thomas E. Dann of Wilmington, NC, formerly of Parsons, KS passed away Monday, February 1, 2016 in Wilmington. He was born December 14, 1929 in Orlando, FL to Thomas and Eva Dann. He attended school and college in Wilmington, moving there as a child. He married Patricia Lind February 24, 1968. She preceded him death in October, 2012. Tom was employed as 700 line engineer at KAAP from 1968 to 1991 returning to Wilmington upon retirement. He was also a veteran of the US Army. In addition to his wife, Pat, he was preceded in death by his parents, a son Michael and a niece, Laura George. Tom is survived by his sister, Elizabeth George, nephews, Ralph George, Jeff, George and Larry George, all of Wilmington, NC, sister in laws Julie Wadkins and her husband, Steve of Parsons, KS Louise Lind of Wichita and brother in laws, Don Lind and his wife Brenda of Coffeyville and Mike Lind and his wife Jan of Broken Arrow, OK. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Calvary Cemetery in Coffeyville, KS with Pastor Nicole Schwartz officiating. Friends may sign the guest register Friday, February 5, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville.
