Dear Louise and Family:
We were so sorry to learn of Joe's passing. I know all of you will miss him very much as well as us. Joe and I worked together for more years than I can count. We were neighbors for several years as well. It doesn't seem like those 70 years have slipped by so fast, but it has. May God comfort you and give you many good memories. Our love to you and our prayers as well.......

Dearest Weezy,
What a man your Joe was. When Mom died you and Joe graciously opened your home to me and my family. We laugh and share the story of your generous hospitality often. You two made a sad event a celebration.
We admired the joy and tenacity with which Joe faced every adversity. No one grabbed more gusto out of life than Joe Palmer.
You are one of the strongest women I know, but I know your heart hurts. Know that we are praying for your strength, peace, and comfort.
Much, much love.

Joe was a very special friend and brother in Christ. He was always there whenever we needed help with anything, all we had to do is ask. He taught us so much about not grumbling or complaining and being content in whatever state we are in. We know Joe will be dearly missed here on earth, but we look forward to the time we will see him again in eternity. We love you Joe!!
