Obituary of Tim L. Wiles

Tim L. Wiles, 58, of Coffeyville, passed away Monday, April 10, 2017, at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. He was born on August 8, 1958, at Coffeyville to Jerry W. and Phyllis A. (Argyle) Wiles. Tim grew up and attended school in Coffeyville graduating from Field Kindley High School in 1976. On May 19, 1978, he married the love of his life Julie Michel in Coffeyville. Following their marriage they made their home in Coffeyville where they raised their family. Tim was a longtime Maintenance and Janitorial Supplies sale representative. He attended the Liberty United Methodist in Liberty, KS. Tim enjoyed restoring cars, being outdoors riding ATV's and taking his Sand Rail to the Sand Dunes in Oklahoma, but most of all loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Julie of the home; his children, Eric Wiles and wife Kari of Coffeyville, Sarah Zschoche and husband Matt of Kansas City, MO, and Greg Wiles and wife Bri of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Creighton Wiles, Reagan Wiles, Charlea Wiles, Quincee Wiles, and Ella Grace Zschoche and two more on the way; his mother, Phyllis Wiles of Coffeyville, his sister, LeAnn Rexwinkle of Coffeyville; and several nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service celebrating Tim's life will be at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, April 13, 2017, at the Fairview Cemetery Veterans Memorial Patio in Coffeyville with Pastor Bill Booe of the Liberty United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park. Friends may call on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Windsor Place Event Center, 102 West 8th St., Coffeyville, KS.
