Infant Logan Mkinnley Phillips passed away in her parents' arms at Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 into the arms of Jesus.
Logan is the daughter of Steven R. and Casey J. (Lemos) Phillips of Coffeyville, Kansas. Her parents were blessed with a little over an hour with Logan before she went to her heavenly home.
Logan is survived by her mommy and daddy, Steve and Casey; sisters, Merrick, Lydia and Marley Phillips; maternal grandfather, Bobby Lemos of Coffeyville, Kansas; maternal grandparents, Gretchen and Chuck Addington of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma; paternal grandparents, Art and Lynette Phillips of Coffeyville; maternal great grandmother, Trena Lemos of Coffeyville, Kansas; aunts, Samantha Addington of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma, Tanner Addington and Josh Knisley of Coffeyville, Kansas, Sydney Lemos and George Brandecker of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Jordan Lemos and Brett Yeubanks of Coffeyville, Kansas, Ann Rooks and husband, Damon of Coffeyville, Kansas.
A private family interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Coffeyville, Kansas.
