Obituary of Peggy A. Graue

Peggy A. Graue, 91 of Coffeyville, Kansas, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2017 at Asbury Village.
Peggy was born January 20, 1926 in rural Oswego, Kansas to John Allen Triebel and Mamie (Houston) Triebel. She attended school in Altamont, Kansas.
She married Linn E. Graue on April 9, 1945 in Chetopa, Kansas. They had three children. She worked at a telephone operator and worked at Ben Franklin and Walmart. Peggy enjoyed fishing, crocheting, crossword puzzles and spending time with her family.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Linn and three brothers, Arthur Triebel, Fred Triebel and John Triebel, Jr. and four sisters, Lucille Kastler, Lula Mae Bowman, Berniece Carr and Mamie Lee Triebel.
She is survived by daughters Linda Dryden and Debbie Owen and her husband, Steve and her son Larry Graue and his wife Anita. Her grandchildren, Justin Dryden (Andrea), Rebecca Doering (Vince), Larrisa Bennett (Brian), Faith Graue, Lisa Kuehn (Keith), and Todd Hayes (Lisa) several great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Richard Graue; and sister-in-law, Corrine Graue.
Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at the Dearing Christian Church in Dearing, Kansas with Pastor Jamie Regis officiating.
Friends may sign the book Tuesday, June 6, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The family has suggested memorials to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice and may be left at the funeral home or mailed c/o David W. Barnes Funeral 306 N. Cline Road, Coffeyville, Kansas 67337.
