I send my sympathy to the family and the many friends of my cousin, Louise Brown. She was a kind and gracious lady to all she met.
I knew she worked with her late husband, Buck, and her family on their oil leases in dirty grimey conditions. I never saw her in those work clothes. I always saw her picture-perfect and beautifully attired as the beautiful lady she was.
I admired her for being so active and involved with her family, her business, and her community. I know she loved her work with Eastern Star and the positions she held through the years. Serving on the City Council and being Mayor of Copan, OK for 9 years was quite an accomplishment.
I am confident that when she entered the Pearly Gates of Heaven, God said, "A job well done and appreciated, Louise!". Peace and Love to you, dear Louise, from Mary Jo Tannehill
