Obituary of Mildred Lorene Harrison

Mildred Lorene Harrison, 86, of Coffeyville, Kansas passed away Monday, June 11, 2018 at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center.. Mildred was born to James Franklin Stanley and Covie (Wheeler) Stanley on January 16, 1932 in Tunas, Missouri. She grew up in the Coffeyville area attending Coffeyville schools. She married Robert Ray Bellamy, who preceded her in death in 1984. She later married Earl Harrison, who also preceded her in death. Mildred was employed at Electra and ACC in Independence. She also worked as a waitress at George's Cafeteria. She loved gardening, flowers and her family. She was also active in the Salvation Army. In addition to her husbands, she is also preceded in death by her parents. Mildred is survived by her daughters Susan Transue and Mary Bellamy, both of Coffeyville and her son Jimmy Ray Bellamy of Harrisonville, Missouri; 2 brothers, Bill Stanley and J.T. Stanley, both of Topeka, Kansas and one sister Phyllis Smith of Arlington, Texas; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Following Mildred's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
