I miss her so much, although I never really was apart of her life, she has always be apart of mine. I saw her everyday in grade school over at CES. Whether it be ISS or just because I missed her. She had such a great heart, she never yelled, she never gave attitude or been rude to me or any of her students. I wish I saw her before god gave her a better home. I give my condolences. RIP Miss. Starnes.

I have only worked with Donna 3 years, but I feel blessed to have had the privilege of getting to know her! She was a wonderful lady and will be greatly missed!
