William Jeremiah "Bill" McNeese, age 82, of Cameron, Texas passed away Friday, April 27, 2007 at his residence in Cameron.
He was born February 2, 1925 in Johnson City, Tennessee to Mr. and Mrs. McNeese. He joined the United States Army and served in the Korean War and in World War II.
He is survived by two sons, Mark Potter of Cheney, Kansas and Steve Wheatcraft of Reno, Nevada and two grandchildren, Zechariah and Chelsey Potter.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Family and friends may call from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Sedan.
A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at the Greenwood Cemetery in Sedan, Kansas with Reverend Kevin Fogerty of the Chautauqua Baptist Church officiating.
