Deb will be miseed. I just want to say I am pleased that she was a good second (step) mom to Glenn and Isaiah. She had their best interest in mind. A part of her will be with them forever. Thanks Deb, may you be forever healed and at peace.

I went to high school with Debbie and graduated with her. Deb had a way to make a person smile and laugh with her sense of humor. She will be missed.

Ed, Stephanie and I are so sorry about Deb's passing. She was a long-time friend of our family and a classmate of Ed's since their pre-school days. She was one of my outstanding English and Journalism students, and it was especially gratifying for me to note that she won many well-deserved awards in radio journalism. She was intelligent, witty and so friendly. Our heart-felt sympathy to Marty and her family. -- Joan Paine

To the friends and family of Deb,
I was fortunate to meet Deb around 2000 as part of the RTNDA RIAS Berlin German Fellowship. We had a momentous time traveling around Germany- mostly on a bus full of wise cracking broadcasters out to see a bit of the world and learn a new perspective on Germany.
From our weeks on that trip laughing on that bus, I grew to know Deb as a friend with a terrific sense of adventure. I remember in Hamburg - which was also a nickname we gave her- how she was quick to agree to visit the private casino in a neighboring hotel with me and Molly Henneberg and how we crashed the place and enjoyed watching people dressed to the nines rolling the dice.
Deb was very kind and considerate and thanks to FB, I was able to follow her adventures from NYC as she got married and tried a segue to PR and her passion for baseball. I am so sorry this happened to her and really feel the loss. My prayers go out to all her family and close friends. She was a great person who will be remembered and missed.
Lisa
