Mary A. Maris, 65, of Coffeyville passed away Sunday, August 23, 2020 at her home. She was born on October 31, 1954 at Coffeyville to Wilbur LaVon and Ida Mae (Whipple) Webber. Mary grew up and attended school in Coffeyville, she went on to earn an Associate Degree in Office Management from Coffeyville Community College. On October 25, 1980 she married Donald Maris at the Lewark Church of God in Coffeyville. Following their marriage they made their home in Coffeyville. Mary worked for many years at Western Publishing and Amazon. Mary enjoyed sewing, crocheting, knitting, and was an avid reader. She loved spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband, Donald of the home; one daughter, Heather Wilkinson of Coffeyville; one son, Brock Morris of Nashville, Tennessee; one step-daughter, Marcie Maris of Wichita; four brothers, Tom Webber of Fort Scott, Wilbur Webber of Lathrop, Missouri; Charles Webber of Coffeyville, and Corban Webber of Coffeyville; one sister, Shirley Webber of Coffeyville; and two grandchildren Timothy Wilkinson and Aubreah Trotter. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Chad Morris and granddaughter Ariel Morris. The family will have a celebration of Mary's life starting at 1:00 p.m. on September 13, 2020 at the Jamie Webber residence.
