Obituary of Rhonda Shearhart

Rhonda Earlene Shearhart, 53, of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, November 1, 2020 at the OSU Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on February 6, 1967 at Coffeyville, Kansas to Floyd J. "Sonny" and Glenda (Shephard) Yeubanks. Rhonda grew up and attended school in South Coffeyville graduating Lenapah High School in Lenapah, Oklahoma. On February 22 1991 she was united in marriage to Jim Shearhart at the First Southern Baptist Church in Coffeyville. Following their marriage they made their home in South Coffeyville where they raised their daughters. Rhonda attended Emmanuel Chapel in South Coffeyville. She enjoyed cross stitching watching the Andy Griffith Show and caring for her dogs, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband, Jim of the home; two daughters, Kayla Dhooghe and husband, Dustin of Parsons, Kansas, and Katelyn Shearhart of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; her mother, Glenda Yeubanks of Coffeyville; one sister, Shelly Cloke and husband, Tony of Coffeyville; one brother, Randy Yeubanks and wife, Diane of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma; and one grandchild, Peyton Dhooghe of Parsons, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd J. "Sonny" Yeubanks and her grandparents. Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 5, 2020 at the Emmanuel Chapel in South Coffeyville, Oklahoma with Pastor Judy Mustain of LifePoint Church officiating. Following the service cremation will take place a a private family inurnment will take place at a later date. Friends may call on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville.
