Obituary of Stacy L. Fouts-Taylor

Stacy L. Fouts-Taylor, 52, of Coffeyville formerly of Bartlesville, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020 at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center. She was born on June 18, 1968 at Bartlesville, Oklahoma to Leland and Linda ( Beeson) Fouts. Stacy grew up and attended school in Bartlesville, graduating from Bartlesville High School. Her family later moved to Lake Jackson, Texas where she attended Brazosport College. In 2004 her parents moved to Coffeyville and Stacy attended Coffeyville Community College and Labette County Community College. While living in Lake Jackson, Stacy was employed at Southwest SID's Research at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital in Houston, Texas, she also served as an Animal Control Officer for the Bartlesville Police Department. After moving to Coffeyville Stacy attended Trinity United Methodist Church with her grandmother, Ruby Beeson-Medley. She enjoyed collecting Star Trek memorabilia. Survivors include her parents, Leland and Linda Fouts of Coffeyville, her maternal grandmother, Ruby Beeson Medley of Coffeyville; two uncles, Keith Fouts and wife, Barbara of Coffeyville and Bob and Cathy Beeson of Overland Park, Kansas; and six nieces. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, John and Lillie Fouts; her maternal grandfather, Martin Beeson; her brother, Robert "Robb" Fouts on September 23, 2018 and sister-in-law, Dr. Holly Fouts on June 15, 2019. Following Stacy's wished cremation will take place, and no services are scheduled. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to Coffeyville Friends of Animals or the ALS Association; contributions may be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W.
