Daniel W. “Danny” Moses, 51, of Coffeyville passed away Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on December 13, 1969 in Independence to Ira Paul “Sonny” and Jackie (Means) Moses. Danny grew up in Coffeyville where he attended Holy Name School, Roosevelt Middle School and Field Kindley High School, and graduated from Lenapah High School in Lenapah, Oklahoma. On April 13, 2002 he married Julie Hadley at Coffeyville. Following their marriage, they made their home in Coffeyville where they raised their three children. Danny was employed at CVR Energy in DCS. Danny was a member of Grace Fellowship in Coffeyville. He loved technology and learning about everything new that was introduced, but most of all he loved spending time all of his family. Survivors include his wife, Julie Moses of the home; three children, son Kyler Moses and wife Lauren of Colorado Springs, Colorado, son Dylan Moses and daughter Rylee Moses both of the home; his mother, Jackie Moses of Coffeyville; father-in-law Gary Hadley and wife Gerri of Indianola, Ia, four sisters, Paula Head and husband, Heath of Coffeyville, Ruth Ann Fields of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Sonya Dufoe and husband, Claude of Havana, and Trisha Starnes and husband, Rocky of Coffeyville; two sister-in-law's Krystelle Cress of Coffeyville, Deanna Carlson and husband Scott of Hayward, Wi., brother-in-law Joe Hadley and wife Cheryl, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his father Ira Paul “Sonny” Moses and mother-in-law Scottia Lenertz. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Grace Fellowship, 2455 Woodland Ave., with Pastor Doug Mund officiating. Burial will follow in Harrisonville Cemetery north of Tyro. Friends may call on Monday, March 15th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville. Family visitation from 6:00p.m. to 7:30p.m. at Grace Fellowship. The family suggests memorials in Danny’s memory to Grace Fellowship; contributions may be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W. Barnes Funeral Home, 306 North Cline Road, Coffeyville, KS 67337.
