Charles William "Chucky" Lair, 38, of Coffeyville, passed away Friday (March 2, 2007) at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center.
He was born May 25, 1969 in Coffeyville to Charles Eugene and Barbara Ann (Fredricks) Lair. He grew up in Coffeyville, and attended Tri-County Special Education. Being disabled he learned to walk holding on to the family's St. Bernard.
He enjoyed watching wrestling and listening to loud music.
Survivors include his parents, Charles and Barbara Lair of the home; his aunt and uncle Gwen and Mark Sutton of Nashville, TN; his caregiver, Darwin Cuthrell; and close friends Doris Armstrong and Helen Boomershine.
Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
The family suggests memorials to the Charles W. Lair fund; contributions may be left with the funeral home.
David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville is in charge of arrangements.
