Betty J. White, age 86, of Coffeyville, Kansas passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2021 at her home. Betty was born on June 15, 1935 in Nowata County, Oklahoma to James Ernest and Ida May (Gregory) Henry. She grew up in Coffeyville where she attended school, graduating from Field Kindly High School. In 1983 she married Larry R. White, Sr. in Norman, Oklahoma. The couple made their home in Coffeyville, Kansas for the last 37 years. They attended church at the First Assembly of God and Grace Fellowship. She loved antiques and playing bingo. Most of all she loved the time she spent surrounded by her family and friends. Surviving to cherish Betty's memory are her loving husband, Larry White of the home; her son, Jim Page of Anchorage, Alaska, three step-children, Lori Lynn Mauldion, Judy Straford, Larry Robert White, Jr.; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brother, Donald Henry of Neodesha, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, James Henry; and three sisters, Sharon Henry, Wanetta VanTieghen, and Charlotte White. Cremation is to take place under the direction of David W Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Assembly of God Church in Coffeyville, Kansas. Pastor Randy DePriest will officiate.
