Obituary of Frank E. Anhalt

Coffeyville - Frank E. Anhalt, 59, of Lenapah, Oklahoma, passed away Monday (February 5, 2007) at St. Francis Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born November 30, 1947 at St. Petersburg, Florida to Lawrence and Zelphia (Cunningham) Anhalt. He grew up in St. Petersburg where he attended school and graduated from high school. Following high school he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. On March 14, 1980 he married Linda Alban at Miami, Oklahoma. Following their marriage they lived in Brooksville, Florida where Mr. Alban was employed by the Hernando County School Board. In 1995 they moved to Lenapah, Oklahoma and he began working at Coffeyville Resources as a an operator. He attended Emmanuel Chapel in South Coffeyville, Oklahoma. Survivors include his wife, Linda of the home; five sons, Daniel Anhalt of Montgomery, Alabama, Richard Anhalt of Brooksville, Florida, Tom Anhalt of Keizer, Oregon, Christopher Fesler of Masaryktown, Florida, and Rusty Fesler of Holiday, Florida; his mother, Zelphia Anhalt of Dunnellon, Florida; one brother, Larry Anhalt of Apopka, Florida; one sister, Carol Hudgens of Dunnellon, Florida; and eleven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Emmanuel Chapel in South Coffeyville, Oklahoma, with Reverend Chad Mustain officiating. Following the service cremation will take place. Friends may call on Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville.
