Brandon Gerry Rees, age 84, of Coffeyville, Kansas passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at his home.
Brandon was born on April 10, 1936 to Stanley and Sophie Rees in New York. He attended school and received his high school diploma.
Brandon went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Navy. He had a career in the Navy and after 19 years of service he received his honorable discharge and transferred to Fleet Reserve with the rank of CPO/E-7. He later worked at Ft. Watooka in Arizona.
Following Brandon’s wishes, cremation has taken place under the direction of David W Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville. No public services are scheduled at this time. The funeral home will be organizing an inurnment of Brandon's ashes with Fort Scott National Cemetery.
