Maria Louise Brown passed on October 23rd 2022.
Maria was born July 3,1964 at 10:30 p.m. to Bob and Martha Brown at St Luke's hospital in Denver Colorado. They moved to Wynona Oklahoma in 1972. Maria graduated from Pawhuska High School in 1982 and OSU in Stillwater Oklahoma with a bachelor's in Fine Arts in psychology in 1992. After that she spent her days raising her children, sewing (one of her favorite things), tending her rabbits and chickens with coffee close at hand. She went on numerous adventures and met many people most of whom became great friends.
Maria is survived by her daughters Cristen and Kelsey, grandchildren Draven, Tristan, Codie, Lucas, Randi, Kadie, Arthur, and Iris. And one brother Ditty McBrul.
She is preceded in death by her brother Eddie, her sister Tina, and her daughter Sheree.
Honoring Maria’s wishes cremation has taken place under the direction of David W. Barnes Funeral Home and the family will be holding memorial services November 5, 2022 at 2:00pm at the First Baptist Church of Longton with Pastor Bud Kill officiating.
