Mary "Pauline" Cole, 82 of Coffeyville, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at her home.
She was born on December 24, 1930, to John and Cora Belle (Richardson) Mitchell in Coffeyville. Pauline grew up and attended school in Coffeyville.
On July 21, 1958 she married Roy L. Cole in Bartlesville, OK. Following their marriage they made their home in Coffeyville. Roy preceded her in death in 1999.
Pauline enjoyed rock hunting, and loved her cats.
She is survived by two sisters, Shirley Waggoner and husband George of South Coffeyville, OK, and Johnnie Mae Campbell and husband Dirk of Wichita; one brother, George Mitchell and wife Rosalea of Minnesota; Many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband and parents.
Following Pauline's wishes cremation has taken place and inurnment will take place at a later date in Robbins Cemetery west of Coffeyville..
The family suggests memorials to Coffeyville Friends of Animals or the charity of the donor's choice; contributions may be left at the funeral home or mailed c/o David W. Barnes Funeral Home, 306 North Cline Road, Coffeyville, KS 67337.
