Coffeyville - Patricia Ann Clark, 46, of Tulsa, OK, formerly of Coffeyville, passed away Thursday morning at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa. She was born February 1, 1967 at Council Grove, KS to Warren Charles and Beatrice Etta (Jones) Keith. When she was young her family moved to Coffeyville where she grew up and attended school. Patricia graduated from Field Kindley High School, Coffeyville Community College, Labette County Community College, and Platt College in Tulsa. Patricia was a Registered Nurse, working in home health care, until retiring due to her health. She married Larry Clark, they were later divorced. Patricia's greatest joy was her daughter, Charlesetta and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include one daughter, Charlesetta Clark of the home; and one brother, Adrian Keith of Coffeyville. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Warren Baxter Keith, and Donald Mayberry. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at the Grace Fellowship in Coffeyville with Rev. Doug Mund officiating. Following the service cremation will take place and inurnment will be at a later date at Restlawn Memorial Park in Coffeyville. Friends may call on Tuesday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville. The family suggests memorials to the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America (SCDAA) contributions may be left with the funeral home or mailed c/o David W. Barnes Funeral Home, 306 North Cline Road, Coffeyville, KS 67337.
