Children, grandchild and great grand children of Miss Vera's: \
I was most pleasured to reside at Sycamore Landing when Vera was there and she was without a doubt the most loving, caring, happiest, lady I have ever been around. I loved going to her apt. and visiting with her. She made me many lovely gifts, which I wouldn't use, and she would get onto me about it. I treasured her so much I had to treasure her handy work. She was a good cook and I always went for hers first at our dinners. This lady had a smile on her face even when she felt terrible. She loved her family so much. We would sit and she would show me pictures in her photo albums and tell me all about each person. Three of her grand children worked at Wal Mart with me and she loved that I already knew them. I only went to see her once after I moved to Ponca City and she was so happy to see Linda and me. I regret not visiting more. My sincere sympathy to her family. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers. Vera will be missed by not only her family but every person that had the opportunity to know her. I hold a special place in my heart for her.
