Mary Sue "Susi" Larkin, 60, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away Sunday July 15, 2012 at Companions Specialized Care Center in Tulsa.
She was born February 11, 1952 in Los Angeles, CA to Marion (M.T) and Minnie (Tuggle) Larkin, where she lived a couple of years until, moving to Dearing, KS with her family. Susi grew up and attended school at Coffeyville and was a part of Field Kindley High School Class of 1970.
She married Richard Munday, and they later divorced, but remained good friends through the years. Susi was a stay at home mom which she loved more than anything.
She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, reading and cooking for her family
She is survived by one son; Jason Munday and wife Jen of Emporia, KS, one daughter; Aimee Henry of Connell, WA, one brother; Jonnie Mills of Sun Valley, NV, three sisters; Peggy Morgan of Tulsa, OK, Jean Patrick of Del City, OK and Nancy Gilchrist of Little Rock, AR, two aunts; Dorothy Krein of Los Cruces, NM, and Mary Looper of Derby, KS and three grandchildren; Christopher Munday, Hilary Coffey and Carrie Patterson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and one grandson Cameron Cassidy-Lee Henry.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday July 20, 2012 at David W. Barnes Funeral Home with Rev. John Collins of the First United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Robbins Cemetery west of Coffeyville.
Friends may call on Thursday, July 19, 2012, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville. The family will be receiving friends on Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family suggest memorials to the charity of the donor's choice; contributions may be left with the funeral home or mailed c/o David W. Barnes Funeral Home, 306 North Cline Road, Coffeyville, KS 67337.
