We are so sorry for your loss of Pete. What a great man he was, always so full of life. He was a mentor to Chad and a great friend to all of us. So many fond memories that we will forever cherish. Let God guide you all during your time of need. Thinking of you and sending prayers your way.
Pete may you rest in peace, another great man gone to soon but we will cherish your legend and be forever blessed to have you as part of our lives.

Dear Jean and Peggy, Oh how I'll miss seeing Pete. We go so far back, I enjoyed babysitting with Peggy when you and Pete would go out dancing and always thought what a great looking couple you were. As I grew up, Pete helped me learn how to hit a golf ball, I think he really got a good laugh at the first lesson when I didn't even hit the ball. As years progressed, it was fun to play a scramble with him once in a while, and he was always one of the first to call when the ACS golf tournament came around. He was a victim of the awful cancer that we fought so hard to find a cure for and was my hero the way he dealt with the cancer he had. I always got a hug and will really miss seeing him. We know what a great person he was, a true American, and a great guy. I know he is at peace and we will see him again some day. Thank God for HIS promises. You are both in my prayers for peace and comfort. God bless you all. Jo

Jean and Peggy, along with Pete your family is so integrally linked to the history of our family as to seem inseperable. I struggled with the thought of Pete's passing but celebrate the essence of his life. He was robust and steady; a man who lived life with grace and conviction. It is with the knowledge he completed a worthy life we can find peace in his absence.

Dear family of Pete,
I can only repeat what I have already let you know about my admiration for fellow Marine Raider, Pete. How lucky I was to regain acquaintance with him in recent years. One of my favorite memories was being a basketball teammate of his in Japan during our occupation of that country in the weeks after the end of W W II. Everyone who knew him admired him; I was no exception. May he now rest in peace and join with fellow Marines in guarding the streets of Heaven. Semper Fidelis and Gung-Ho!
