Coffeyvile - Harry Francis Stanbrough, of Coffeyville, Ks., passed away April 10, 2012 in Independence Mercy Hospital after a lengthy illness. Harry (Stan) was born June 14, 1932, in Kingfisher, Oklahoma to Elsworth and Ruby Stanbrough. Harry served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and received an honorable discharge. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Patricia Ungles Stanbrough, Step-daughter, Jan Sisson, of the home, Step-son, Richard Sisson, Owasso, OK., Step-daughter, Ilene Browning, Coffeyville, Ks., 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Harry is also survived by 3 Sisters, Mary Ann Clayton of Kingfisher, Ok., Bertha M Champion, Medford, Or., Jeanette Howard, Enid, Ok. and 2 Brothers Marion R. Stanbrough and Alford R. Stanbrough, both of Dyersburg, Tn. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at Fairview Cemetery's Veterans Memorial Patio conducted by V.F.W. Post #1022 and American Legion Post #20. David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville is in charge of arrangements.
