Sedan -Sherry Darlene Smith, age 52, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014 at her home in Peru.
She was born December 3, 1961 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Ben Grier and Hazel (Richardson) Grier. She graduated from Prue High School in Prue, Oklahoma.
On April 2, 2005 she married David Smith in Sedan, Kansas. They made their home in Peru. Sherry was a homemaker for many years.
Sherry loved riding horses, loved her pets and especially her Yorkie dog.
Survivors include her husband David Smith of the home in Peru, Kansas; two daughters, Tiffany Moore of Hominy, Oklahoma and Sonja Gayle Tyler of Elk Falls, Kansas; one sister, Tammi Grier-Jones of Coffeyville, Kansas; one brother, Terry Grier of Coffeyville, Kansas; three grandchildren and several step-children.
Sherry was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters and her parents.
Cremation has taken place and a service is not scheduled at this time.
