Obituary of Mary Ann Lane

Sedan - Mary Ann Lane, age 54, passed away Friday, February 10, 2012 at the Via Christi Saint Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas. She was born September 18, 1957 in Wichita, Kansas. On May 5, 1986 she married Bruce Lane in Sedan, Kansas where they have made their home for the past 25 years. She enjoyed all kinds of crafts and bead work; she also enjoyed reading books. She was preceded in death by one son Joseph Aron Grant Bower. Survivors include her husband Bruce Lane of the home in Sedan, Kansas; one daughter, Tamara Wood and husband Kenny of Midwest City, Oklahoma; one son, Clayton Bower and wife Julie of Bethany, Oklahoma; one step-son, Ben Lane of Sedan, Kansas and one step-daughter, Amber Darnall also of Sedan, Kansas; one sister, and nine grandchildren. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Christian Church in Sedan with Pastor John Warring officiating. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date. The register book will be available to sign at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home, Tuesday, February 14, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
