I,ve known Bob since joining Tyro Christian Church in 1990. He was a special person to many. I had many games of golf with Bob and friends. The best memory of our golf adventures was while playing with Paul Stewart, Malcolm Davison, Steve Coltharp, Bob and I. On hole # 3, a par 5, Bob and I were close to each other on our shots, so he asked me how to play it and I told him just to swing hard and go ov er the top of a cedar tree in front of him. He did, and we both couldnt see where it went, after looking for a while we decided to go check out the hole, WOW he put it in for an Eagle. Whenever we played that hole, we called it Lairds hole.
