Obituary of Pamela Wasson

Coffeyville - Pamela Sue Wasson, 51 of South Coffeyville, OK, passed away Friday, November 11, 2011 at her home. She was born September 24, 1960 at Coffeyville to Wayne L. and Deloris (Hull) Jones. Pam grew up in Coffeyville where she attended Edgewood School, Roosevelt Middle School and Field Kindley High School. On November 29, 1992 she married Albert "Al" Wasson at Miami, OK. Following their marriage they made their home in South Coffeyville. Pam was a member of Grace Fellowship, and the American Humane Society. She enjoyed working outside, growing flowers, ceramics, and loved to fish and camp. Survivors include her husband, Al Wasson of the home; one son, Chadric Scott Jones of Coffeyville; two step-sons, David Wasson, and Greg Wasson both of Dallas, TX her parents, Wayne and Deloris Jones of Coffeyville; one sister, Sheila Williams of South Coffeyville, OK; and five step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Derek Steven Floyd and her grandparents. Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Grace Fellowship with Rev. Doug Mund officiating. Burial will be in Robbins Cemetery west of Coffeyville. Friends may call on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville.
