Obituary of Timothy Jaimez

Coffeyville - Timothy Victor Jaimez, 56 of Coffeyville passed away Monday October 3, 2011 at his home. Timothy was born on December 31, 1954 to Gene and Julia (Rodriguez) Jaimez in Lawrence, Kansas. He lived in Lawrence and Coffeyville where he attended Coffeyville Schools. Timothy lived in Wichita and Lawrence before returning to Coffeyville over 20 years ago. Timothy was a member of Holy Name Catholic Church, he enjoyed playing horseshoes and listening to music. He is survived by one daughter; Monica of Coffeyville, his mother Julia Jaimez of Coffeyville, KS, his father Gene Jaimez of Topeka, KS six brothers; Mike Jaimez of Topeka, KS, Pete Jaimez of Lawrence, KS, Sam Jaimez of Lawrence, KS, Dan Jaimez of Lawrence, KS, Tom Jaimez of Lawrence, KS, Andrew Jaimez of Coffeyville, KS, one half-brother; Gene Jaimez of Lawrence, KS and two granddaughters. He is proceeded in death by one sister; Christina Behrns. A Rosary Vigil Service will be at 6:00 p.m. Friday October 7, 2011 at Holy Name Catholic Church in Coffeyville. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday October 8, 2011 at Holy Name Catholic Church with Father Ben Nguyen officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Coffeyville. Friends may call on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville.
