Carol, Scott, Todd and Mark,
My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I really enjoyed visiting with you and Melvin recently. He was a special man. I had the opportunity to become more familiar with him while working a couple of summers at Farmland. His demeanor and approach within his department which included my dad as one of his planners is something that I will not forget. He was a true example of leadership. As a manager through example is what stood out the most to me.
