Obituary of Jeffery W. White

Coffeyville - Jeffery Wayne White, 51, of Dearing, passed away Saturday, January 1, 2011 at his home. He was born November 17, 1959 at Coffeyville to Tommy W. and Judith K. (Hestand) White. He grew up in Coffeyville and attended school at Longfellow Elementary, Roosevelt Junior High, Field Kindley High School, and SEK Vo-Tech where he took carpentry classes. On September 11, 1981 he married Sandra Darlene Earls, together they had two daughters. They were later divorced. Jeff worked for Joe Ferguson Construction, Rick Shaffer Construction and Curtis Shaffer Construction. He loved being outdoors especially when he could spend time camping, fishing, and hunting. Survivors include three daughters, Mariah Jean Cunningham and husband Dan of Parsons, Mindy LeAnn Espe and husband Dallas of Bartlesville, OK, and Tiffani Michelle White of Dewey, OK; his father and mother, Tommy and Judy White of Coffeyville; three sisters, Sheryl Church, Gina Willis and husband Steve, and Carmen Ragan and husband Robin all of Coffeyville; his paternal grandmother, Mildred White of Coffeyville; two grandchildren, Kiley Paige Espe, and Ethan Wayne Espe both of Bartlesville, OK; and longtime companion, Carla Shamblin of Coffeyville. A Memorial Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 6, 2011 at Grace Fellowship, 2455 Woodland Ave. in Coffeyville with Rev. Gerald Morris officiating. Friends may call on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Following the visitation cremation will take place.
