Dorothy E. Hull, age 67, passed away Friday, November 19, 2010 at the Sedan City Hospital in Sedan.
She was born on April 16, 1943 to John and Bessie (Lumley) Hull in Peru, Kansas. She graduated from Peru High School. After High School she moved to Hays, Kansas where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Teaching from Fort Hays State University. She was a junior high and senior high teacher and coach in Hugoton and Liberal schools for many years until her retirement in 2005. She then moved back to Sedan in 2005 and lived here for the past five years.
She was enjoyed being involved with the Sedan Senior Citizens and the Council on Aging. She loved her cats, feeding the birds, sports, and her many collections.
She is survived by one sister, Pat and husband Duane Burger of Sedan, Kansas and several other family members.
She was preceded in death by her brother Jim Hull and her parents.
The family has chosen cremation and there are no services planned at this time.
