Gwen, Stan, Zach & all: Brother Dan just informed me of your loss and my heart goes out to you. It is a loss to all of us really, because Jerry was such a presence. I haven't seen Jerry in years, but I still use some of his material to keep people laughing. He was a big influence on me, along with my dad and Uncle John Sourbeer. It's a great gift to learn at a certain age, that life is to be lived out loud, lived like you mean it. Jerry taught me that. Hang in there. Jerry has crossed over, but he is everywhere, every day, in all of us who knew him. God's ribs are sore from laughing right now. Tom Sourbeer, Hermosa Beach, CA
