Dear Cousins,
Your mom, Betty Garretson, was a good Christian. Evidently, she helped the local community in many ways and gave her time to teach others about Jesus. It's a shame that I did not have the opportunity to get to know all of you better. As a young boy, I remember visiting your ranch with my dad, JD Garretson, my mother and older brother Mark. We made ice-cream, swam in a nearby pond and had great food. I wish all of you, Ronald and Gloria, Richard and Cindy, Randal and Tammy as well as Robert the very best in the years to come.
