My parents, Frank & Dorothy Smith met Harry & Catherine Baldwin while we were all living in Salina, KS in the late 1950's. My parents, siblings & myself moved back to Coffeyville, with the Baldwins joining us thereafter.
My sincere condolences to the Baldwin family upon the death of their mother, she was a sweet lady. She will be missed by all her family and friends.

Cousins, Father Mike, Marilyn,David,Daniel, Barbara and Becky: I am so sorry of the passing of your Mother,Catherine and my Aunt. She was such a loving, friendly, sweet lady that I was glad to say was my Aunt. Keep the memories close to your heart as I am sure you have of both of your parents.. It has been a few years since I saw her but I will never forget her. Glad you posted her picture as it looked just like her and the way I remember her except for the gray hair as she always had pretty black hair. But that is with all of us as time passes as I know I am also gray now. Again my sympathy goes out to all of you at this sad time. I won't be able to make the service but Gary, my brother is giving a donation from all of us on Dad's side. God Bless.

Kate and Harry created a legacy of beautiful people...loads to live up to, how cool are all of you?! We celebrate Kate's life with you and understand your pain. We know that the faith that your mom had, made her take a rocket to heaven, and she is so happily with Harry at last!
When you feel sad, think of Kate's smile, when you miss her voice in the days to come, remember a close relative of yours, who sounds like her, and when you want to weep for your loss...do it selfishly, because you deserve it.
