To the family of Earl Strickland;
We the Pastor and members of Calvary Baptist Church offer our condolences to the family, Earl was a faithful and wonderful servant to our church..John 5:24-26 (NIV)
Reads this “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life. Very truly I tell you, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live. For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself. Earl is now resting with our Heavenly Father, our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
Pastor Eugene Colbert
Church Clerk- Helena Shobe.

I am sorry to hear of Earl's passing, he was a very special person. I worked with him at Holy Name Catholic School in Coffeyville, he was a kind and giving individual, particularly to the children. He touched many lives. May he rest in peace. Carol Battitori, 3rd grade teacher.

Mr. Strickland represented a true gentleman in all ways. He took great pride in his work at Holy Name has he kept our school and church looking their best. He led by example to those of us who attended the school by always showing respect to Father O'Hare, Father Mullen, the Sisters of St. Joseph, teachers and staff. And whenever you saw him outside of Holy Name, he greeted you with a warm smile and profound "hello". The Liebert family was blessed twice as we also enjoyed a wonderful relationship with him through our business. Thank you Mr. Strickland for everything!

Many happy memories of Mr. Strickland at Holy Name.
Right after Christmas in the first grade, we had show and tell. We each brought one present we got for Christmas to show the other kids, then we were allowed to play with them at recess.
I brought a remote-controlled tank, and when I came in from recess, one of the rockets that hung on the side were missing.
Mr. Strickland went out and searched the whole playground until he found this little olive-green rocket!
God bless!
