After a life of travel and working with or being associated with people of different characters and traits, I have found, even though many become friends, only very, very few leave special memories. Jean was a bright light who blessed us all by shining that light our way. She always left me feeling better about myself. It was who she was, what she did; her character and attitude about life. My dear first cousin Jean was special. And, although our paths seldom crossed, each meeting was, for me and Hazel, meaningful and each parting sad. God bless you Jean.
