I knew Wanda when she worked at the Food Center behind Roosevelt Junior High. I taught English at FKHS and had noon duty during lunch. I had many conversations with Wanda. She was a lovely person and I'm saddened to learn of her passing. God's blessing on the family for their loss.
To all of Wanda'a Family...We are deeply sorry to hear of her passing. She was such a sweet lady and quietly was a mainstay for her family and friends over the years. She and Clifford enjoyed all their days together and were each other's strongest supporter in all that they did. They always had a pretty yard and flowers and that does not come easy either, but they enjoyed gardening so much.
We know they loved and adored all of their family and helped with 4-Hers in the Rambling Rangers when they did not have anyone participating... Great Square Dance Teachers and so patient and lots of fun to be around for all the kids and parents.
They both will have a special place in our hearts forever. You never forget the kindness and generosity of people like Clifford and Wanda who offered their time and experience to others.
I am so sorry, Your Mom was a very special lady as was your Dad. And now they are together again. I know she was so excited when Cliff and David were there to meet her. Prayers for comfort and strength. I have wonderful memories of your mom and dad. Which will stay in my heart forever.
